This policy explains what data the Video Poker Trainer: Odds app ("the app") handles. The short version: the app works offline, your hand history never leaves your phone, and we do not sell or share your personal data.

The app is intended for adults (19+) and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Locally stored data stays until you delete it or uninstall the app. If you signed in, you may request deletion of your account and any associated data at any time by emailing us — we will action it within 30 days. You may also request a copy of the data we hold about you.
Data transmitted between the app and our service providers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
