Lotto Stats is a statistics and quick-pick tool for the US Powerball and Mega Millions lotteries. It does not sell lottery tickets, process payments related to lottery play, or claim to predict or guarantee winning numbers.

1. Information We Collect

Lotto Stats does not require an account, login, email address, or any personal information to use.

• Saved picks: numbers you choose to save are stored locally on your device only. We do not receive or store this data on any server.
• Draw results: the app fetches public lottery draw history from New York State's official open data portal (data.ny.gov). No personal data is sent as part of this request.
• Purchases: if you purchase a premium feature, payment is processed entirely by Google Play; we do not receive your payment details. Purchase status is managed via RevenueCat, which may receive a device identifier and purchase token to validate your subscription — see revenuecat.com/privacy.
• Draw reminders: if you switch reminders on, the app schedules notifications on your device using the Android notification permission. The schedule is calculated on the device from the published drawing times; no reminder data is sent anywhere, and we are not told whether you enabled them.
• Advertising: this app does not display advertising and contains no advertising SDK.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect your name, email, physical address, contacts, photos, or precise location. We do not require or offer any login system.

3. Third-Party Services

• data.ny.gov (New York State Open Data) — public lottery draw results
• Google Play Billing — subscription/purchase processing
• RevenueCat — subscription status management

4. Data Retention

Saved picks remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the app. We retain no server-side user data because none is collected.

5. Children's Privacy

Lotto Stats is a statistics tool related to real-money lottery games and is intended for adults. It is not directed at children under 13.

6. Your Rights

Since we do not collect or store personal data on our servers, there is no account data to access, correct, or delete. You may clear your locally saved picks at any time from within the app, or by uninstalling the app.
